You will learn tools you can practice at home to manage and regulate the effects of stress on your body, breathing techniques to calm your nervous system, and simple meditations to keep yourself grounded.
We can combine massage, meditation, breathing exercises, empowerment/mindfulness coaching and guided imagery to integrate mind, body, and spirit. (Personalized Sessions)
Massage: Pre-natal, Trigger Point Release/Neuromuscular, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Swedish, Sports, Stretch Therapy and Deep Tissue.
Ongoing/Open to New Clients
Using positive self-talk and taking deep breaths is a quick and easy way to engage the vagus nerve and parasympathetic nervous system to calm yourself from both the top-down and bottom-up.
